5 tips for effectively sprinting through your morning

Oversleeping is too easy to do and being late is a problem, so here are a few tricks I use to sprint through my morning:

  1. Run all morning. Get your heart beating and move as quickly as possible.
  2. Do things that take time first. Most especially making the coffee/tea/bottle of various stimulants.
  3. Minimalize. Only do the bare minimum. For women this means either going without make-up or reducing it to something basic and quick. Ignore social media, tech devices, and whining pets.
  4. Habitually do the same things from morning to morning. If you do it by habit then it becomes automated and you can do it quicker.
  5. On the go. Things that you can do on the go should be done on the go, i.e. drinking your coffee.
