- Run all morning. Get your heart beating and move as quickly as possible.
- Do things that take time first. Most especially making the coffee/tea/bottle of various stimulants.
- Minimalize. Only do the bare minimum. For women this means either going without make-up or reducing it to something basic and quick. Ignore social media, tech devices, and whining pets.
- Habitually do the same things from morning to morning. If you do it by habit then it becomes automated and you can do it quicker.
- On the go. Things that you can do on the go should be done on the go, i.e. drinking your coffee.
